FinSA rules of conduct II

In a few words

Know how to apply the information and verification rules that apply depending on the type of contract signed by the customer.

The course begins with a reminder of client classification, followed by a presentation of certain information and verification obligations under the LSFin and the Code of Obligations, such as the investor's risk profile and verification of suitability or adequacy.

The course goes on to explain how to apply these rules to the different types of financial services contract, the execution only contract, the discretionary asset management contract and the investment advice contract, whether for an isolated transaction or for investment advice covering the entire portfolio.

The last part of our training course is devoted to the risks incurred by the financial services provider in the event that the Customer Adviser leaves the framework of the contract signed with the customer.undefined
