In a few words

Understand the rules governing the protection of personal data in Switzerland under the new FADP and in Europe under GPDR.

The course starts with a general presentation of personal data and its protection, which includes a comparison with the banker’s professional secrecy and the Client identifying data (CID).

The second part of the training focuses on the key principles to be applied when collecting personal data, the information to be provided to the client concerning the use of these data as well as the rights of the client keeps over his personal data towards the company.

The course concludes with organisational aspects such as processing of personal data, its safeguard and transfer to a third country.
