Understand the concept of beneficial ownership and find out how to complete the CDB forms depending on the type of contracting partner.

The training first introduces the concept of the beneficial ownership and the different types of CDB forms.

The second part focuses entirely on Form K and how to complete this form depending on the type of controlling person.

The third part deals with the requested forms when the contracting partner is a patrimonial entity defined with forms T or S. The underlying company and the situation with more than 20 beneficiaries are also described.

The last part of the training covers Forms I and R as well as the exception for companies with charitable purposes. (It is possible to choose the content based on a selection of topics).
