Become aware of the risks of conflicts of interest relating to the activity of financial service providers and learn how to manage them in line with the requirements of the FINMA.

The training course begins with a definition of conflicts of interest with regard to the FinSA and is followed by a presentation of the principal risks to which any financial service provider may be exposed. This introduction is illustrated by concrete examples.

The second part of the training course is devoted to the prevention of conflicts of interest by the financial service provider, together with their management when their occurrence is inevitable. Finally, the course addresses the duty of information and the organisational measures put place within financial establishments to effectively manage the risks of conflicts of interest relating to the provision of financial services.
