The “Code of conduct” training and exams are designed for client advisors registering for the first time in a Swiss client advisor register. The training and exams are offered as a package, consisting of a training, a mock exam, and a certification exam. The client advisor receives a personal certificate after passing the certification exam. This certificate is recognized by client advisor registers as a proof of knowledge and required for being registered.
Practical information
Training :
The training can be taken online at any time and as many times as you want for 3 months. It is accompanied by course material, which can be downloaded.
Mock exam :
The mock exam helps you getting used to the online MCQ testing tool that is also used in the certification exam. Like the certification exam, the mock exam consists of 30 questions, that have to be answered in 50 minutes. The mock exam allows you to explore the different questions in each of your test trials to ensure an extensive knowledge of the course content. You can take the mock exam as many times as you wish for 3 months.
Certification exam :
30 questions have to be answered within 50 minutes. You can take the certification exam only once per purchase. Therefore, we recommend taking the mock exam if you would like to practice answering the questions before taking the certification exam. The exam is an online MCQ and can be taken at a time of your choice.
